Global Disability Innovation Hub (GDI Hub)
Lead for Advocacy and Engagement
I led the influencing and communication function for the organisation as well as providing strategic insight for other teams. My team and I delivered on world wide campaigns with high level partners such as the International Paralympic Committee, WHO and the Clinton Health Access Initiative. I was a key liaison with government and negotiated advantageous partnerships
Project Manager
I managed half of the £20 million AT2030 programme, which was funded by UK Aid and supported by the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office, across South America, Asia and Africa.
2019 - 2022
Expert Group for the Transition from Institutional to Community-based Care (Inclusion Europe)
Coordinator and Consultant
I worked alongside UNICEF, Eurochild, Lumos, EASPD, Mental Health Europe to raise the profile of the institutionalisation of at-risk groups.
European Disability Forum (EDF), Google Fellow
Policy Assistant on eAccessibility (Google Fellowship)
As Google Fellow, I worked between EDF and Google. I was based in the technology and innovation team and participated in the creation of the ‘Plug and Pray’ report. I was involved in working with European level events too.

Manager, All-Party Parliamentary Group for Assistive Technology
Alongside partners we got political and commercial support for the APPGAT so that it was fully created and launched in parliament in 2017.
Manager, Chronic Pain Policy Coalition
I led all of the public facing engagement as well as all political engagement with the group in coordination with the Co-Chairs.
Coordinator, All-Party Parliamentary Health Group
I supported the manager of the group to roll out an extensive and innovative events programme designed to educate policy makers on substantial health issues of the day.

2015 - 2017
World Child Cancer
Diaspora Intern
Conducted independent research regarding stakeholders, policy developments and organisations as well as working with the team to create Log Frames and goal setting for Department for International Development. Spearheaded the production of two diaspora-inspired initiatives designed to promote a mutually beneficial relationships with individuals valuable to the charity’s objectives. Project managed above initiatives from inception to maturity.

Project Manager (Lifesciences)
I worked with sales and third party vendors as main point of contact, supporting multiple high-pressure projects with very tight deadlines. I had responsibility for budgets, vendor negotiations, management and delivery.
