I’m Katherine and I’m here to help your organisation achieve the change you want.
I’m an experienced consultant and freelancer and I’m driven by a passion to enable organisations that work with underrepresented groups to take their impact to the next level.
And why?
Because I’ve seen the effect that chronic lack of resources, increasing competition and a changing technological landscape can have on small organisations doing their best for the people, or cause, they represent.
I understand the power and value of difference, and I’ve learnt that a strong narrative, a loyal network and an unrelenting desire to do better can change lives.

I believe that solving complex challenges is possible. I also believe that people with disabilities and other underrepresented groups deserve their human rights to be respected. I believe that making progress begins with understanding how to tell our story in a way that enables others to stand with us and advocate for us.
I combine a valuable network, commercial skills, political acumen and sector-related knowledge with third sector values to enable organisations to shorten the road change.
I like to get to know you, your organisation and your team to make sure our work together is effective as possible.
My goal is simple - to efficiently solve problems, find answers, and do that in a way that leaves teams stronger, more knowledgeable and motivated - because making real change is a marathon, not a sprint.
